Anyone identify this group for me?
I am trying to ide a group which climbed to the top 10 with their release in early 1987.
(Bee Gee's YOU WIN AGAIN was on the same top 10 chart). There are 2 group members and they dressed up like ZZ top without the beard. One of them played the guitar while the other just sang. I would catagorize them as country pop. They played the song really with style and that got me looking further into them. Part of the lyrics of the song was something like French but they are from either UK or usa. ANY INFO IS APPRECIATED.
The name of the song goes like "Maranda?"
They never reached close to top 3 so I had a hard time checking it out.
