I have listened to the super talented Mike Oldfield the past couple of days. I know that he never reached the same status in the US as he did in Europe, but which 80's Mike Oldfield album is your favorite?

I went with Five Miles Out but could easily be Crises too. Trixter 4-05-02, 02:39 PM I've only heard "Islands" and "Earth Moving", so I would pick "Islands"! :thumb: Flix 4-06-02, 04:07 PM I voted for Crises. The title track itself is brilliant and so was the single Moonlight Shadow. :thumb: Pippi 5-26-02, 08:35 PM I like Earth Moving. I am not a big fan of instrumental songs that lasts 17 minutes, so that is my favorite cd. Prefab Sprouter 7-22-03, 10:45 AM I like 5 mile out, especially for the Album Cover!!! whistledog 9-24-04, 02:49 PM Crises for me! Moonlight Shadow was such a wicked song :thumb: Harket 9-24-04, 07:25 PM "Foreign Affair", "Moonlight Shadow" and the titel song made me vote for Crises :thumb: mjayeh 9-24-04, 07:37 PM Crises bagged my vote ... good stuff !!!!! |
