Ignore the bun, not only does it drown out the taste of the burger, it also adds all those unnecessary carbohydrates which turn into sugars which turn into fat.
Yes, maybe Sal can give us some advice about carbs & all that.
I learned you want carbs during the daytime because that gives you energy to get you throughout the day, but you don't want them at night because it will just sit in your stomach gelling up into fat.
