I voted for "Cruel Summer", as it brings back great memories from the Summer of '84! What a year! Also, I love the cute video, with the Banana girls running around New York being chased by Boss Hogg!!! And Siobahn looked so cute in her over-alls!!! :)

Funny, that this group should always be so well remembered. As far as I can remember they had very few real big hits...... In New Zealand anyway. Perhaps they are so well known because they were one of the first all girl groups of the modern musical era.

Cruel Summer is my favorite. Not even Ace Of Base could ruin this classic. ;)

"Cruel Summer" was my favorite Bananarama song. I even liked the cover of Cruel Summer that was done later by Ace Of Base, but Bananarama's version still out shined it.

That song rules! I listen to it every summer all summer long, especially if I'm single LOL. It always reminds me of summer of '84 too and the Karate Kid, with Daniel riding on his bike on his way to school. I liked I Venus too, but you can't top Cruel Summer.
