Another poll for another leading recording artist of our time, Olivia Newton-John!! :thumb: What was your favorite song from this Aussie songstress?

I always loved "Make A Move On Me".

Hey Trix, this poll was just too darn tough. Most of those songs are on my all time favourite's list! :lol:

I think this may end up being one of those polls with no clear winner.

I voted for physical(if thats how its spelled:lol: ) but too many good choices to vote on, excample, xanadu is an outstanding song.

I voted for "Twist of Fate"... the movie was sucky, but I loved the theme song!!! :)

I love just about everything she has done but my all time favorite is , "Have to believe we are magic, nothing can stand in our way...."

Physical is the #1 song of the 80's based on chart positions, staying at #1 for 10 weeks, 1 week longer than "Bette Davis eyes" and "Endless love". No other song can beat that.

I had to go with other. My favorite Olivia Newton-John song came from the "Physical" album and is called "Silvery Rain". That song is fantastic! I also have to recognize "Promise (The Dolphin Song)" a beautiful song! :thumb:

Close one between Physical and Magic, but I had to go with Physical for this one :cool:

I voted for "Suddenly". I always liked the duet of Olivia Newton-John and Cliff Richard,. They sound so good together.

Olivia Newton John sang many wonderful songs for the soundtrack of the movie. I'll mention only a few of them, like the unforgetable "Summer nights" the all time classic dancesong "Persepop" and the sentimental one "Hopelessly devoted to you"
When i saw her again after so many years in the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympics in Sydney , i couldn't help feeling old. Our summer days in RYDELL HIGH are definetely over

This has been the hardest poll for me yet! I picked Make A Move On Me. If we were including duets I would definately pick You're The One That I want! I can play that song over and over and over and never get sick of it. Oh wait, that's all her songs!:D I guess the Grease songs were not 80s so we didn't include them. I forget that was around 77" or 78"!

My favorite ONJ song is a song from around '83 called "Tied up". No, its not about bondage. I'm not sure if it was in heavy rotation on the radio or not, but it's a great song.

I don't know many of these songs from looking at them, but I always liked Physical.

I LOVE OLIVIA!!!! What an amazing, underrated performer.

I had a terrible time trying to narrow it down to the song that I liked best. I finally went with Magic, but there were about six songs that were a close second.

I voted other. It was SO hard to choose and so many of my favorite songs of her's were not her "hit" songs!
My favorite from the 80's is "The Right Moment" from 1985 "Soul Kiss" her voice is just amazing on this! Second would be "A Little More Love" I have videos of both! :thumb: Other 80's favorites "You Were Great, How Was I? "(duet with the late Carl Wilson of The Beach Boys),"Emotional Tangle","Can't We Talk It Over In Bed","Suspended In Time',"Big And Strong","Falling","Shaking You" and "Walk Through Fire"! :thumb:
