I'm not sure if anyone has ever raised this.. BUT.... I've been thinking about this for the past couple of days...

I think it would be cool if the music companies or whoever has the jurisdiction released a DVD or VHS collection of music videos fromm the 80s. I know I would DEFINITELY buy a DVD collection of the great music vids of the 80s. The videos just make the whole experience a lot more interesting. It's also fascinating to see the videos to songs that I haven't seen... I know I missed a few in the early 80s because I was a little on the young side.

I just want my own permanent digital copy of those music videos.. dammit !!

I would love an 80s video DVD. MTV should come out with a four pack. Maybe the top 100 videos of the 80s. You wouldn't be able to get me to turn it off!

My cousin Veronica gets VH1 Classic, and I'm asking her to tape some videos for me. I suggested maybe an 8-hour tape of retro videos...she said she'll see what she can do.

Baby, I'm excited...VH1 Classic is like the MTV that you got and that I want, and soon, I'll be sampling the wares all for myself. Kid in a candy store...Yahoo!

I would buy that!! Or a DVD of the videos from VH1's Top 80 Videos of the 80's. That would be so cool. I can only dream. :)

I don't know if y'all have noticed the recent trend in DVD, but a lot of 80's artists are releasing video compilations, not fast enough of course, but they are happening more frequently. But it would be nice to have a top 100 of the 80's!! :thumb: Great idea!!
