C'mon, one last poll for the evening! ;)

Anyway, what was y'all's favorite Belinda Carlisle song from the 80's?

I voted for "Mad About You". Before you say anything Trix, no I didn't just pick it because Andy Taylor plays guitar on the song. I really like the song.:)

While "Mad About You" was a great song...while ALL of them are great songs...

...my vote went to "I Get Weak"...it was a powerful ballad from 1988 that seemed to have a lot of emotion to it...and hey, the video was quite good...very well done!:hammer:

Tough, tough choice...have to go with 'Mad About You'. 'Heaven is a Place on Earth' is very close behind though...pretty much tie, but gotta vote for one :p

This was another one of those almost-impossible-to-decide polls! I eventually placed my vote for the vastly-underated (and underplayed on the radio) "Leave a Light On For Me", which I've always enjoyed. I also loved "Mad About You" and "Circles In the Sand" very much. Two others songs not listed that I love are "Do You Feel Like I Feel?" and "Half the World"... fantastic songs!!! :)

Without any hesitation, my vote is for "I Get Weak" It brings back some good memories..8th/9th grade, that's when I met the love of my life..(who eventually broke my heart)

Great poll Trixter.I have Belinda Carlisle's greatest hits tape.She had a lot of great songs but my favorite is Heaven is a place on Earth with Mad About You a close second!

"I Get Weak" is a great song. I didn't know it was written by Dianne Warren until a couple of years ago!

I've chosen "other", my favorite is "Big scary animal".

I loved Belinda's distinctivly beautiful voice and this sonfg was my fave. Tough to pick just one, but this one stands out for me.

I voted for "Mad About You" , I was blown away with the song and then the video!! Belinda's slimmed down look, new coif and new sound, it was fantastic!!! :thumb:

I voted for Leave A Light On. I like her voice very much, but some of the songs are too boring for me really.
