O.k. all this talk about Can't Buy Me Love and Patrick Dempsey got me thinking about this one movie I think Patrick Dempsey stared in it but I'm not sure.I looked up Patrick Dempsey's movies on the net but I couldn't find it so I decided to ask you guys.I think this movie takes place in the 80's but I'm not sure.This kid lives at a highschool because he's running away from something and he uses a fake name and identy only he's not a kid he's older.He also ends up falling in love with this girl.That's all I can remeber.I only saw this movie once on t.v. and I rember that I liked it alot.

I remember the movie too. Is that the one with Jon Cryer where he hides from the mob in highschool? I think it was called "Hiding Out"

I'm not sure if he was in the mob or not.All I know is that he hides out in a highschool.

I don't know if this is the film, but I remember Dempsey once did a film called Run in the early '90s. Around 1991 perhaps.

I just looked up these two movies on Amazon and as soon as I saw the cover of the movie to "Hiding Out" I knew that was the movie I was talking about.Thanks Lostboy.I don't know why I thought Patrick Demsey was in it.For those who have seen this movie what did you all think?

I found "Hiding Out" to be an ok movie, it didn't suck or anything, just ok. I kept seeing Duckie in Jon Cryer's character. :lol: Besides the film, the soundtrack was pretty good, this is the movie that Pretty Poison's "Catch Me I'm Falling" appeared on! :thumb:

Oh, I liked that movie! I liked his nephew, the one that was trying to be cool all the time. I thought it was a decent movie.
