Knowing the events of the past few days, upbeat things are nice to know also. Here is something incredibly upbeat:

Sorry for shouting, but this is great for me. If all goes well, I'll be working as a nurse's assistant at a senior residence.

That's great John! You may find this is just what you needed in your life. I can tell you can learn a lot from elderly people after all they have seen and done it all. Also there is nothing like the feeling you get when helping others! This will undoubtly make you feel good about yourself!Again congratulations I wish you the very best!
