Thank you for posting this information as well, Jasper. It really is sobering to read. I feel very sorry for Amy Livin, as it sounds as if she has been unfairly harrassed by the US military. It's just a terrible situation all around...

Like Jasper said, this is only one side of the story. Could you imagine if the military court ever got ahold of his posts in the LL? He'd be strung up. I won't pass judgement, but like was said....this is only one side of the story, written by an organization that is obviously anti-military.

I sent an Email to the legal office at his base, asking when a press release would be available. I am waiting for a response. I will post the response when I get one, which will have the Air Forces official response/report.

You know.. I don't know enough about Blue Omega to comment too much.. but I do know that he has sexually harrassed a few xchangers and has been very graphic and has said that he wants to meet with them.. to me, that's kind of slimey... it sure helps me believe that he is capable of what he is accused of... You know.. maybe Amy isn't aware of some of the stuff that he has posted here in the love lounge.. I bet she would be suprised.

As someone who's spent 20 years in the Air Force, unfortunately I've seen a few cases like this in my time, and usually it involves young Airmen. Don't know this individual so I really can't comment either pro or con, but if the military is going to invest the time and expense of a court martial then it's a fair bet that his military career is going to be a short one.

I don't think we can hold anything said in the Love Lounge against anyone here, Pagan. ;) It's all supposed to be meant in good fun, and goodness knows that's how I was taking it. :) If we were to judge people by what's in that forum, NO ONE who posts there would come out looking good. ;)

Thank you for going to the trouble to find that for us, Jasper. :) As I said in the other thread, I didn't know Blue's side. IF he slept with her, then he is getting what he deserves. If what this site says about her family is true, then the parents should also be facing charges of neglect and endangerment. However, IF is the biggest little word there is. ;)
