View Full Version : Want to see what the New Terminator looks like?
Well Terminator 3 is filming, and this is what the new evil Terminator that Arnold fights looks like:

It will be called the T-X. In the film it will also be called the Terminatrix.
No I'm not kidding. Keep in mind the T-X is Skynet's most advanced Terminator. Arnold was a T-800 series model. Robert Patrick was a T-1000 series model.
The T-X is just, well a model.
Her name is Kristanna Loken and she is from Norway.
Very important facts on why she was cast:
Height: 5'11
Bust: 34B
Waist: 22 in
Hips: 30 in
Weight 115 lbs
Age: 22
Model with a few minor acting roles here and there.
Do you think this film will be any good? Or does this seem like a desperate attempt to boost Arnold Shwarzenegger's sagging career?
Here are more pics of the T-X

Well that is some yummy looking terminator there, but unfortunately no intimidation factor. Maybe if it was Chyna in the role.............
I've been waiting a long time for T3 so will be one of the first in line to see it. But as much as I like Arnie, how will they explain aging Terminators? If indeed Arnie is playing one of the cyborgs himself.
But bring it on I say, I can't wait!
Iluvthe80s 2-27-02, 07:27 AM This ought to be interesting...a female terminator. I know I will see the movie because I enjoyed the other two. I hope this one is as good.
80sTrivia 2-27-02, 08:30 AM Wow, such a sexy Terminatrix!!!
I think the new Terminator should be a fairly good flick. Lots of action and great special effects, of course, to make up for Ahnuhld's lack of great acting skills. ;) I'll more than likely shell out bucks to see it in the theatres...
Roemello 2-27-02, 09:58 AM She can terminate me any day....whoo-hoo! :D Just hope the movie lives up to the first two :)
Yea she looks like she can act  It will be interesting to see how bad this movie is going to be.
Dancingdoll1986 2-27-02, 12:21 PM Hey Roem.........don't you have enough people on this board alone that want to "terminate" you?!? *tease tease*
Hopefully, for Aron's sake, it turns out to be good. I know that he'll really want to see this! (He can go with his friend, Dan!!!)

lol, she wasn't cast on her acting abilities that's for sure.
But I agree that this movie is looking like it will be a disaster. Arnold hasn't had a good movie(at least in my opinion) since 1996, and that was Erasure. Arnold hasn't had a blockbuster type movie since 1994, which was True Lies. His career really is over. It's highly unlikely he can ever recapture what he was in the '80s and early '90s. Arnold will also be a 55 or 56 year old Terminator. Though it's not his age that has hurt his career, I think it was all those dumb comedies he did in the '90s that did him in.
More reasons why I think this film will be terrible:
James Cameron isn't directing, some medicore guy his helming this project. Cameron wanted nothing to do with this movie. Linda Hamilton won't be in this film, but she will be in the film in the form of flashbacks from the previous two movies, a tell tale sign of a bad movie. Edward Furlong would have been in this movie as John Connor, but he's been having too many personal problems and troubles with the law that keep him from being in the film. Then you have the big breasted blonde bimbo looking Terminator. This looks like it's shaping up to be the type of movie I'd rent on a rainy day.
BUT, there is the promise of Kristanna arriving naked. Remember Terminators always come through naked, since clothes can't go through the time portal. If us guys had to put up with seeing Arnold arrive naked in the first two films, along with Robert Patrick,.......they better deliver with this one. :)
Here are the movie taglines for Terminator 3: The Rise of the Machines:
"Eight Years Ago. The Machines Who Rule the Future Sent An Unstoppable Terminator To Assasinate The Young John Connor. They Failed. In 2003. The Machines Will Try Again."
"Eight Years Ago. The Human Resistance Sent a Terminator To Protect The Young John Connor. The Terminator succeeded. In 2003. The Terminator Returns."
"The Machines will Rise."
"He said I'll be back!......and he meant it!"
"No fate but what we make." (this one sounds like a Dick and Jane nursery rhyme)
"John's fate is not set."
"It can't be killed!"
And my personal favorite:
"The End of the Beginning."
How true that sounds.
Some very good points made Vincent, and I agree his comedies in the 90s did not do much for his career at all. Especially the ludicrious "Junior". And he certainly hasn't come out with any really great movies since True Lies. I remember the days when I was always one of the first people in to see an "Arnie" movie. Not any more. His time has come and gone. :(
I'm surprised Cameron isn't doing this movie. I know that he had refused to do it originally, but so had Arnie. Last I heard Cameron was back on board. But that was several months ago.
