I've been in the chat room a couple of times now and I've come to the realization that the term "Butt Rock" (As I have written under my screen name to your left) is not a universally known term. It must be a Northwest term. Even the DJ's use it around here.
Anyhow, Butt Rock refers to any 80's metal/glam rock band. (such as Poison, Slaughter, Winger, Ratt, Trixter, Cinderella, Whitesnake, etc...)

Just wanted to clear that up for those of you who have been perplexed these past couple of weeks.

Is it because those groups are so sh*tty :lol: I couldn't resist, I'm sorry.

I always took it as you were talking about all those guys in tight spandex. All the 80s rockers like David Lee Roth in the "Yankee Rose" video who is shaking his "butt" in the camera. Most of the "hair bands" of the 80s had on that spandex and where all too happy to shake it for the ladies!!:eek: Nice job if you can get it:D

Actually, we bands like that "Crotch Rock", because all they sang about were their dicks! :laugh:
