Does anyone know of any nightclubs that are 80's themed and/or play 80's music only? I have heard that there are clubs like this that exist, I just don't know the names of the clubs. Can anyone help me out? :confused:

There's a club by me called "Bricktown 54" that plays mostly '80s all of the time! I've been hanging out there a lot lately!
And a lot of clubs around here are having '80s nights..

Over here in Louisville there's a club called Vinny's that does retro themes. They do both 70s on 80s, but on Saturday nights they get together with the local 80s station (103.9 the Point) to do a "12-inch-Saturday night" where they play nothing but 80s extended dance mixes.

Hell, if 80s clubs are popular in KENTUCKY, you know they're popular everywhere else! :D

There's are lots of 80s nights in NYC and NJ. To name a few...

The best one is called Re:Mission! and it's on Thursday night in NYC at The Pyramid. The djs play great 80s new wave, synthpop, and alternative music. I don't think I've ever heard a bad song here and I've been going for years.

If you're looking for bigger club, there's "Polyester" which has an 80s room and a 70s room. They play pretty much anything from the 80s. You're hear A-ha as well as Motely Crue. It's pretty cool.

In NJ, there are 2 80s nights, both on Fridays. One at Aldos and one at QXTS. Aldos focuses on new wave, alternative and synthpop for the most part, while Qxts will play more goth and industrial 80s music. Both are fun.

Here in Corpus Christi there are two clubs (one is gone now):

The Club - specialized in late 70's and 80's music. This place was best on Saturday nights when the mainstay was mostly 80's tunes! A good time was always had!

The Sugar Shack - music from the 70's and 80's! :thumb:

We have a club here in Austin, Texas called PollyEster's that plays 80's in one room and '70's in another. There is also various other clubs that have 80's nights:

Paradox has Retro Rage on Sunday nights.
The Metro (I believe) has there 80's night on Wednesdays
and there is probably at least 3 more that has some type of 80's night.

"X", I don't know how old you are, but did you ever go clubbing on Long Island in the 80's? WLIR and WDRE used to promote two clubs I used to hang in...Camoflauge and Paris, New York...ring any bells?

In California...Long Beach...El Paso Cantina RULED for the 80s music scene...Ministry, Blancmange, Camoflauge, Love and Rockets, Kissing the Pink, Book of Love, the Smiths, Killing Joke, English Beat, Visage, Vitamin Z...along with your standard fare of the Cure, Depeche Mode, Echo & the Bunnymen, New Order and the like...the place RULED!!! Still to this day keep in touch with many "regulars" I met clubbing there in the 80's...

There was a club in my city that had 80's night on Thursday nights. I never went because I always work Fridays. I can't go out if I am scheduled to work the next day.

Oh well. thank god we have enough of them in the '00s. :D

In Houston we have another new 80's club called "Atlantis". It's inside Jillians at the Marquee Entertainment Center along I-10 and Silber. 8 0's is at the Marquee Entertainment Center, but not inside Jillians.

In Colorado Springs there is 80's Night every other Saturday night at The Underground.

In Colorado Springs there is 80's Night every once in a while at The Beach Club.

In Denver there is 80's Night Usually once a month on Saturday's at The Church.

The Colorado Springs & Denver The Heart Throb has 80's Night Often too. Smiles.

There are several, one is on 1960 and I think another in Clear lake. I can't put up with all the different styles that they play so I don't go.

Sure do pal. Used to live in L.A.(glendale to be exact). Try these:


"club beat it" at the ruby off hollywood and lebrea(7070) MY boy Aaron spins there(good guy- if you go there, do me a favor?? tell 'em big Jeff Loves em!!!).

The same People who run "beat it" also run off shoot 80's nights. What I mean is, they run 80's nights at different venues throughout L.A.

Honest Lawyer in London was playing all 80's when I was there last summer. I forget if it was on a Friday or Saturday.
