BRETT FARVE! Who else helped the Rams more this fine Sunday?

I am only two games away from picking the super bowl teams, Rams and Patriots baby! How about them Patriots pulling it out in OT? WHat a great game, the snow, the contreversy, the 45yard Field Goal in the snowstorm! WHat drama. That is what football should be!

I think a better bowl would be Rams offense against Steelers defense.

I give the Pats two chances against the Steelers...slim and none...and slim's on vacation! :D

LOL, Pagan!
I was more impressed with the weather than the Patriots on Saturday.:D
I'm sticking with my Steelers-Rams prediction for the Superbowl.

it looks to me , that the Pats and Steelers are playing to see who wants to be made a fool of in the Superbowl. The Steelers should kill New England this weekend. Hopefully the guy injecting the needle is nowhere to be found

Not that I am bitter as a Raider Fan, but that call late in the 4th quarter was the biggest, costliest and most suckiest error of judgement I have yet seen in the NFL.

Had the correct decision been made and the ball given to the Raiders, it's game over. Everyone saw that Brady pump-faked, withdrew the arm and THEN got smacked by Woodson. If that isn't classed as a fumble then I really don't know what is....

Serious credit to the Pats though. After being out of it for most of the 1st half, they showed a lot of guts to come back the way they did, and perhaps they deserved it on the day.

Chopper, unfortunate as it is, the call was correct. It wasn't the ref's fault, it was the rule itself. The rule states that if the QB's arm is in passing motion, it is considered still in passing mode until the ball is tucked back into the body, whether it's being brought back or not.

It's a STUPID rule that has only been in effect for two years, and hopefully they will rewrite it. So if you go by the NFL rules, the call was correct...dumb as it was.

All it did was hasten the inevitable though. No one in the AFC was going to beat the Steelers anyway.

Caligula, don't count the Steelers out against the Rams. They have the defense that could possibly give the Rams fits. The one thing that both teams who beat the Rams this year did was blitz Warner heavily. The Steelers aren't called "Blitzburgh" for nothing. They have good cover corners also. It would be the best possible matchup for them in the superbowl....provided of course, they beat the Eagles! :D
