Needed someplace to go with this right now. Just had a really bad dizzy spell that led to me falling into a chair and a small seizure of some kind. Waiting to hear back from my doctor right now. Never had this happen before and it really scared me. Plus I'm home alone right now. No help if I needed it. I'll let everyone know what I find out. Just needed a friendly place to go right now.

I used to experience dizzy spells along with short blackouts, I even passed out once. My spells were due to not enough fluids in my system, which was strange because I'm always drinking something. But I had to start drinking more water throughout the day and the spells cleared up for me. I hope this is the case with you and nothing serious. We're here for you. Best Wishes. :)

Thanks guys. Just heard back from my doctor. They want me to come in tomorrow. We'll see what happens from there. I'll let everyone know though.

I promise to take it easy tonight. Feeling pretty sore and stiff right now anyways. Just took a muscle relaxer to help with that. Thanks all for your thoughts. Need them right now. I'll be home by myself till around 5pm. Being careful though. I'll try to make it on tonight to chat for awhile. :)

Well??? What is it, what was it, what's going on?!?! :( I'm worried. I hope you're OK, Sis!

Sorry sis!!! lol Had to go to work after my doctor's appt. Just got home about 15 minutes ago.

My doctor said it didn't sound like an actual seizure to her. Was just an effect of the dizzy spell. It was not a mild one. My vision goes blurry when I get these. All I can see is white until it goes away. Keeping an eye on things right now and going back in 3 weeks. Need to see if maybe something is triggering the dizzy spells. We'll see what happens.

Maybe you should have your bloodsugar level tested? Three years ago I had dizzy spells to - basically I blacked out completely and lost all sense of direction, but was still conscious... Apparently my bloodsugar level would crash just shortly after I'd eaten..... :(

Kay, I never even thought of a sugar problem!! One of my friend's mother has this problem.
