Yes, the xchange has changed my life. Before I felt like a fool because I felt I was always living in the past loving the 80's so much. I was wrong. There are others like me out there!:D Plus to add, this is the nicest, kindess, and most caring bunch a people a person could have here. You are all my friends!

Also, I have made a extra special friend here that I never expected to find and that is Trixter. Thanks to this place, I met him. :)

I can't keep away from this place! I've made some very close friends here.

And it has made me re-evaluate a few things in my life. But I won't go into those details. :D

Before I discovered the Xchange and other 80s sites, I felt as if I was the only person in the world who missed the culture and all-around fun of the 80s. I was delighted to know that there are thousands if not millions of people from all around the world who feel the same way I did. The camaraderie here is simply amazing. I can say without hyperbole that the 80s community on the Web is, without a doubt, the most organized, efficient and down-right wonderul community anywhere to be found. Nothing can compare! So, yes, finding a home here at the Xchange has definitely made an impact on my life, a highly positive one!

I feel the same way. I thought I was the only one who missed the 80's.

Thanks to Viliji I have made some great friends here.

I'm very grateful for the people that I have met here....no one judges anyone or any of that silly crap. I loved the 80s, and this is by far the best community that is out there. I am happy that I have a place to go to vent, or to laugh, or to cry...otherwise I'd be a very sad little DD!!

{{{HUGS}}} For everyone here...just wrap your arms around yourself, and that is me hugging every one of you!!!

This place is amazing... and I guess most of us can truthfully say that we don't go a day without it. We'd all go crazy if we couldn't come here and post, chat.. whatever the case :) I've made lots of great friends here.. and you're all very special people. Other than that.. I'm just the same ole peach :)

{{{hugz}}} to everyone!!!

Although I met some great people on here and love all of you, I can't say my life has changed in any way. Hopefully no one takes this as an insult, but the only thing that affects my life is what's immediately around me.

The Xchange has given me alot of opportunity to voice opinions and (like I said) meet some great people. However, had I not found this site, my life would have still have been going on just as it was. (with the exception of not being able to create the cool LIVESAY page that I know me & Roem are gonna make!)

Let's just say that the Xchange is like seasoning on a great steak. It makes the steak taste great, but it would taste great even by itself.

I hope everyone understands this, it's hard to explain! :D

LOL @ G!! I thought you were a little prissy, but I wasn't gonna get into it....lol :smooch:

Well, am I glad I joined? Yes!! I have made some great friends here! And a few that I'd be lost without, no less!! There is something addictive about the Xchange, and I think it's a good thing! :)

Has it changed my life? I would say it has, a bit. There is my CBF Roem, my sis Jazz, my cutie L98, Topcat of course, and maybe I oughtta not name names, because I don't want to leave anyone out!! If I care about you, I've likely let you know it, in some way or another! :) Not to mention keeping me sane for the last few months. LOL

But overall, I'm me. I'd still be me. What you see is what you get, I'm almost exactly the same in real life (less naughty, though), and nothing comes before my son and hubby.

My life's about the same, but the xchange had just added another dimension to it. It's another thing I do in the day, and I know it will always be a fun one. I appreciate the friends I've made here and knowing that I'm not the only one in the world stuck in the 80s.:)

I like Pagan's analogy....it's like seasoning on a great steak  My life and lifestyle hasn't really changed as a cause of this board outside the fact I spend most of my on-line time here :p If anything, it's been, and continues to be, a nice relaxation technique posting and chatting here :)

All in all, being a big part of this and meeting everyone here has been, still is, and I'm sure will continue to be my most valued on-line experience :D
