Anyone remember this UK band? I used to listen to Everything Went Black all the time. It is one of my favorite Punk albums of all time. I lost interest in them in the mid-eighties, but I guess that goes for a lot of Punk Rock.

Black Flag was the only good thing Henry Rollins ever did. I was into them in highschool as a bunch of my punk friends listened to them all the time. I always like the song that was on the Repo Man soundtrack, "T.V. Party"

there was another song I really like too...can't think of the name. grrrrrr:mad:

I downloaded some of their songs. I've been looking for a compilation of their "hits" on CD but have yet to find one.

BTW, X, Reapo man's sountrack is soooo good. I love it!!

I agree on the Henry Rollins comment. I think CDNow has a compilation or two available, DJ.

AMEN! I couldn't agree more. They were fun to jam to in high school, with all your punk rock friends ofcourse. :) T.V. Party was great, as was the whole RepoMan soundtrack. Wish I'd gotten to see them live. Oh well, least we still have the music.

Just wanted to let you know that Black Flag is not a UK band, they're from the South Bay (Southern California).

Black Flag rocked, especially during the pre-Rollins era imo. I love "Nervous Breakdown" and "Revenge." Rollins is still cool though. =]

Black Flag also had some excellent offensive album covers, Slip it In with the nun comes to mind.

The Repo Man soundtrack is one of my all time faves :)

Rollins has become a joke now although some of his spoken word stories of his punk rock days were funny. He's more of a meathead jock then a punker as evidenced in his appearance in the Jack Ass movie.
