http://www.musiccity.com has some awesome 80's videos on it that you can download. I found it through a friend. It is similar to Napster and I have gotten some Dokken, The Cult and some other cool videos from 80's bands! :)

Thanks Stomper. I didn't realize until a few weeks ago that you could download videos as easily as MP3s. My first video was U2 - Streets have no name. I love that video and I found the uncut version. I was a very happy camper :)

When you download the videos, do they come out blurry like? I had downloaded one off of launch.com and the video was blurry like. I used my Windows Media Player.
Mine seem okay Iluv80s :) I have a pretty powerful system though with a fast video card (lots of fans to cool it down too). I guess it could possibly be your video card?? Anyone else have any ideas?

I know one thing right now I need to buy and that is some extra memory for this computer. It is a new computer and it seems to run slow sometimes on the internet.

I hear Tech Talk...? :D
Get as much system memory as your mainboard can handle. Current mainboards can be stacked up to 1 Gig of system memory, and itīs kinda cheap now (at least in Germany, donīt know the overseas prices). Refer to the manual for the right memory bars.
If you have an onboard graphic card...get a "real" one. If you ask the ppl here, you will get a lot of recommendations, I guess... ;). If you have a trustworthy dealer around, ask him. (Personally, I wonīt go under a GeForce GTS 3...but like I said, thatīs my opinion. :D). See also in your manuals how to install it (you have to disable the onboard first in the BIOS).
If you want to get deeper into working with videos, get a video card, but theyīre still quite expensive and need a powerful system to work satisfactorily (fast processor and harddrive).
My 0.02$...maybe a bit more. ;)

True. Don't forget though, that unless you are running W2K or XP, you probably won't see the benefit over 512 Megs. 98/ME aren't built to handle that kind of power.

You can if you use a ripper. ;)

I think that Windows Media looks better with videos than Real Player. Windows Media has a better playback quality. Check out my site for info on how you can trade videos.
