Michael Jordan is back tonight at the Madison Square Garden against the Knicks. Does anyone think MJ can live up to the expectations? Will he be a bust or will he actually do well?
I really hope he can turn the Wizards around. It would be nice to see my team have a winning season for once.
It pains me as a Wizard fan to see how every single player who left them does well somewhere else. Just look at Webber, Wallace and Howard. I wouldn't be surprised if Mitch Richmond has a great season for the Lakers now.
Ho Hum.....it's sort of like another Rolling Stones' "Farewell" tour. You knew it was coming....
I don't really care whether it was obvious or not. The greatest athlete ever is playing for my team! Although there would be room for Keith Richards on the roster. He could take Rod Stricklands spot as the psychopath drug-addict with no desire to play ball.

I don't know if he'll live up to high expectations right away, but then again...this is Mike..this is Madison Square Garden...and this is vs his ultimate rival team, so who knows?
I don't think he'll turn the team around straight away either...the supporting cast isn't all that impressive right now for the Wiz...
Unless MJ comes out and does a 50+ point performance, the Knicks'll most likely smoke 'em tonight :p

First off Flix, no way could Keith play for your team! He died 12 years ago, he just hasn't realized it yet!
As for MJ, he's the greatest athelete in
basketball, I'll give you that. As for the greatest athlete period, that's arguable. There are ALOT of really good atheletes out there!!!
LOL! I guess I won't be seeing Keith Richards on the Wizards bench then. ;)
As for MJ - I want some names, Pagan! I think MJ is/was the ultimate athlete in every respect. He changed the face of basketball completely. His impact on the sport is quite an achievement in itself.
And Roem - I think the Knicks will win by 8 tonight - MJ will score 32 pts. :)

As I sit here watching, it's 93-88 Knicks with about 15 seconds left....close! lol ;)
That was a stinker of a game!! The Knicks could have crushed the Wizards, but they had a horrible game as well. The highlight of the game was Barkley in the halftime show. It's gonna be a loooooooooooong season for us Wizards fans. :(
Wizards on a six game winning streak!! Woohoo! I can't believe I'm gonna watch Wizards playoff basketball this season, but it sure looks like it now. MJ made Vince Carter look like a rookie yesterday. Now if we could only find a way to beat the teams in the West.
