UGH!!! Sorry for missing the party, people. It has just been one of those weeks at work. Had a computer system crash on Tuesday evening (since I'm on-call 24 X 7, I was naturally paged to come in <img src="mad.gif" border="0"> )...

Anyway. Very long story short, I have practically been at work since Tuesday. I think I have racked up a grand total of 4 hours of sleep since Tuesday.

Don't let anyone tell you that this is a bad thing though. I quite frankly find the hallucinations to be fairly amusing. Unless of course, I really do have hamsters crawling on my keyboard? <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

On another note, this week has made me see the need for a vacation. So!!! I am flying out Saturday afternoon to my Mom's cabin in KY. I'm gonna sit on the deck, stare at the lake and turn into a total veg... I don't know if I will get a chance to post much next week. I am taking my laptop, so if I get a chance, I will drop by and say Hey. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

4 hours sleep in 3 days?! <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> Oh man...I actually know that run...did that a couple weeks ago as I closed up the semester. Work didn't help matters either. Had a major presentation to do...nearly slept through my classes and my presentation. Had to have a friend drive me home, could barely walk...went home and collapsed for a 6 hour nap and slept another 9 the same night <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

Anyway, have fun on your well deserved break Shakey! Stop by if ya can, otherwise we'll see ya when ya get back <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
