This is probably not hard for many of you on here but...its french to me. This layout has a WELCOME banner at the top.... i want to remove it or sub a different txt into the banner. can anyone tell me what part to change and how?? Thanks!

I don't see a welcome banner, only banner I see is the coolchaser one. That one should be easily removed simply by removing the following line:
