Do you like your steak well done, still mooing, or in between? Myself, I can't really handle the rare stuff - it's got to be cooked reasonably well done.

Well done, but, very tender and juicey.

I order mine Medium Well but I'm not picky. I'll eat it however it comes to me.

Medium Well to Well done. I want it done but not burnt.

Rare;pink though out
Med-rare;no pink around the edges
Med;pink in the middle
Med-well;a trace of pink
Well done; no pink

I used to work in a Steak House.

My preference? Knock the horns off and shave it's ass! Still Mooing! Bring the cow to me, I'll bite off what I want and ride the rest home! Just let it look at the fire! In other words....RARE!

So well done the cow's mama feels the flame!! If it's slightly pink in the middle, I don't have a hissy, I just eat around it. No point having it dropped on the floor and returned to me....

I like my steak medium well with some nice mushrooms simmered in red wine. I hate it when people put ketchup on their steak (shudder).

I prefer my roast beef to be totally brown though :) Mmmm roastbeef garlic roast potatoes and steamed broccoli... too late I have lasanga in the oven :)

Medium is usually my preference, but I can handle a well done now and then too. Rare? forget about it... :p

I have stopped eating red meat.. but when i did i liked mine bloody.. now here is something that might gross you guys out. I use to eat raw hamburger meat. I still catch myself craving it.

Weird I know.. but my whole family ate it like that.

Oh, and of course it has to be done somewhere between rare and medium-rare. :D

I used to like my steak rare to medium rare (depending upon the cut of meat), but since I went to Medical Technology school in college, I'm paranoid about anything less than medium well. Parasitology class saw to that! :eek:

Definitely medium rare for me, with mushrooms sauteed in butter and a baked potato (with mayonaisse on it, ya i know! but it is yummy)

It's the Keg on Jarvis Street. They converted one of the old giant 19th century houses into the flagship location. Lovely place. It's just around the corner from Maple Leaf Gardens. Just have to fight your way through the Jarvis prostitutes to get there. LOL.
