New Jersey native and former Playboy Bunny Dale Bozzio and husband Terry created a sound of their own in the early 80's following the steps of New Wavers Devo and Gary Numan..their first release "Spring Session M" put them on MTV's radar...which was your favorite?

I loved Dale's quirky voice, unusual, futuristic fashion sense and wild makeup and hair colors..BTW that quirky high pitch squeal was done Dale long before Cyndi Lauper made it famous....

Destination Unknown is m favorite because my oldest sister had the 45.

I just thought about if they ever did a biopic on Dale Bozzio....that Rosie Perez would fit Dale's voice to a tee.....if you have'nt heard Rosie sing...go to noggin at watch "Dora The explorer".....she's "Click" The camera....say click!!..take a pic!!

I can't believe how few people voted on this poll. They were an awesome group in the 80s. Unfortunately, they suck now. I saw them in concert a few years ago. Dale is the only original member now and she doesn't sing that well any more. It's sad. They were so good back then.

:dammit:Well...she's 54...voices change over time....but her music is timeless....I hold on to alot of memories with Missing Persons songs....wishing I could turn back time....to those days....

Mental Hopscotch was another awesome one that never gets played. I think the only place you could find it was on an E.P somewhere.

Such great tunes... love Dale's unique voice and quirky style! Utlimately, my vote went to "Walking in LA". Such a great tune! :)

Alittle bit of trivia.....their band name as a connection..or lets say dis-connection to Frank Zappa......Dale ,Terry ,Warren & Patrick where all Ex-Zappa band members...hence Missing Persons.....
