Was this the first 80's site w/ a message board you have visited or were there others before this one? I actually found this second, but decided to stop going to the other UBB board because their people were not as nice and cool as you guys. :D Plus, Sal's site rules!

I used to go to one in my newsgroups from my internet provider. It was okay but it was the very old style. The people there were not very warm and the topics usually died off pretty quick. I got totally focused on my lyrics site until Sal invited me to come and join the exchange back in November 1999. I have not strayed since. If I"m not here its because I'm not on the Net :)

Nope...this is the first and only 80's forum I ever became a part of :) Sal visited my site, signed the guestbook and e-mailed me an invite...I came, I saw, I posted like a madman and the beat goes on...lol :D

I've seen some other UBB boards but this is the first one I've been active with. Pagan tol me how cool it was and I've off and running ever since! :D

Let's see.....Sheibub saved me from a really bad 80's forum!!! *thanks Shei* I've seen a few others, and they totally lack what we have here! I love it here. Thanks everyone!!!!

There must be a certain reason why I got stuck here...just can´t point my finger on it... :D

I´ve visited one 80´s forum before, but it constantly messed up my passwords - in the end, I´ve quitted after the fourth.
And, it was totally confusing me, not very easy to navigate. The folks weren´t that bad, but it wasn´t much fun in the end, as topics dried away very quick.

I´m quite glad that I found this one...it really lives up to it´s name. ;)

This was probably the third 80s board I found. The first was Backtrax, it is all but dead. There is one other I still go to on a regular basis, but less traffic then here.

This one is my first. Vilji told me about it and I've hung out here ever since.

The 80sxchange is my one and only. I plan to keep it that way too...

I got the URL through Buff in an e-mail. Included was about 7 other 80s sites. This one was the 7th one listed! I almost didn't check it out! :eek:

However, I haven't been there for over 3 months!...Somehow it's not the same there! ;) I love this place and everyone here! (except Ted-lol) *sniffle*
