I've been attending aerobics classes for about 7 years now, and feel like it's helping me stay reasonably fit. There's only about 2 or 3 of us men in the class and about 10 or 12 women (great ratio, huh?). I found that it was uncomfortable at first being one of the few guys in there but you get used to it, and everyone's nice. Helps keep my cholesterol within manageable limits, too. Anyone else do the aerobics thing?

Uhm...just a question...What do u wear to aerobiclass ? Pink legwarmers & matching sweatbands ? That would be sooooooo 80s :D
HEHE..I used to do aerobics with my football team before the season. Nothing like watching 60 football players jump around. Apart from the less than graceful moves - it's a cool way to exercise. :)

Nope...never done aerobics. The closest thing I've ever done to that was warm ups at the beginning of gym class in elementary school :p I probably should do more cardio-type working out though...all I do is weight lifting...

Exercise? hahahahahahahahah! I'm so outta shape.
My Cross Country & Track team in HS used to do aerobics before every meet. Great warm up.
I don't take any classes, but I do a half hour on a treadmill followed by a half hour on an elliptical machine before I hit the weights.
Unfortunately, high colesterol runs in my family, so no matter how much I eat right and exercise it always hovers around the 200 mark.

Seriously though, I do need to exercise better. I do play basketball with the kids, and take my dog on walks...so that's exercise....just not enough...
