Hey everyone !
Long time, no lurking or posting ! How is everyone doing? I still recognize some names and don't recognize others.
Just too busy these days to stop in that much anymore. Tif is a freshman at her high school now. The only freshman on the cross country team and they;ve already put her in varsity !
My "baby" Ashton is in the 7th grade. Already joining the Student Council and still hanging around with her group of boys. She's running cross country also and will be varsity this year. But she's used to that since they have put her in varsity races the past couple of years.
Girls are going to spend the holidays in ALASKA, long story. Our neighbors were great (except for the wife flirting all the time w/Joe) their young daughters looked up to our girls as big sisters, inseparatable ! They moved to Alaska.
Girls were back here for the summer. They helped their grandparents (who are now our neighbors) out with them alot. We all went camping together, visited, etc.. a few weeks ago, the grandparents asked us if it would be alright if our kids joined them to go see them. That's all their granddaughters want, is for Tif and Ash to come visit them.
What a fantastic opportunity for them. I am not a good traveler so I know that we'd never make it there.
How is everyone doing? Hope you fellow xchangers who were effected by the hurricane(s) are safe and will be safe with the others ones that are coming.
