I just got a new job today. It's for a switchboard operator at a local association for the blind. I start with training Monday morning. For now, I'll be subbing for the main switchboard operator, but it could turn into a better job. I can't wait. :D

Aww, guys thanks. This job isn't much right now, but it could turn into something more perminant. Right now, it's just whenever they need a sub for the switchboard operator. And the great thing is that the job is in walking distance from my place (25 mins or so) and I know the agency very well, and I love the agency. So this was a match made in heaven, IMHO. :D

Yup, Ron it is. Actually, the training program is run by the agency I'm going to be working for. I've been a client there since I first moved here to Buffalo. I started going there for rehab (learning life skills, Braille and mobility) back in 1995. I went through the agency's hospitality program and their call center program. I know a lot of people there and I get along with everyone there. :)
