Okay, here's my post about words they've changed (in regards to "rythumb") hehe.

Harrassment. It used to be pronouced "Huh-Rass-Ment". Now it's pronounced "Harr-Iss-Ment". Why?

And Uranus.. It used be be pronounced "Your-Anus". Now it's pronounced "Urine-Iss".

What the heck?! What other words have they changed?

Interesting though....I never heard of those two new pronunciations you listed...who made that up?

The media. The media changes the words to suit themselves - or someone. Whenever those words are used nowadays, they have the new pronunciation...

I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY (where the weak are killed and eaten!) so my way of pronouncing things probobly sounds different anyway!

(actually, the correct pronunciation of my hometown is "Da Bronx, Noo Yawk)
