Here's a crappy one from my phone.. We took this about 20 minutes ago... And don't be joking about my fatness. I've been bulking for about 12 months.. After my 6 month cutter, I'll be studly as hell. :rant:

Anyway. If I look exhausted - holy hell I was! It was almost 100 degrees all day today and we walked, and walked and walked. I was pretty warn out. Alan will have many more pictures when he gets back home...

100 Degrees...Man I would think Florida is a lot like Washington State in that it is HUMID! All the water! Combine 100 Degrees with high Humidity and yes it's a killer heat!!! Great pic though Sal. Some day when Pagan is all rich and famous and goes on Tour, Winds up in Seattle, I will definetely try and hook up with him! Hell if ANYONE makes it to Seattle, make sure you give me a shout. Hey gang, got back early this morning...had a GREAT time and like always was depressed as shit to leave Orlando. :(

I told Sal that probably half the newbies who read this thread don't even know who he is, so allow me to explain to them all....

Sal is the reason that the 80s Xchange is here. It's his baby, he created this site. He's far too busy to upkeep it now, so Roem does the dirty work and keeps things running smoothly along with all the mods.

Sal though, is the Grand Pubah. :lol:

Aside from that, he's a great guy. We spent the first Saturday night hanging out, then all day this past Saturday at EPCOT and Saturday night at MGM watching Fantasmic.

I've met many people in my day, and let me tell you that within ten minutes I felt like Sal and I were Paisons from way back. He's easy going, funny as hell, and a pleasure to hang out with. I'm proud to call him a friend.

Now get yer ass up here so we can go drop in on Roem, willya Sal? :laugh:

Looks like Sal did the same thing I did in California....keep the old handy dandy water bottles handy. It was 98 when we left Bakersfield and didn't cool off until we reached Oregon. By the time we got home, my truck had empty water bottles scattered all over the cab. But the water helps bear the heat.

I put on about 45 pounds; 15 of it muscle. When all is said and done, I should lose the 30 pounds of fat and be left with 5 or 10 pounds of lean mass.. Then back to the drawing board... And, yes.. I can lose more than 30 pounds of fat but I like being meaty. :D

Oh, thanks. :p It's okay. I go through this every year or so. I just don't normally put on weight for 12 months. I do 6 months at a time to make it easier in the end.. I actually HAVE to gain the fat if I want to add any muscle at all..
