A 28 yr.old person is NOT supposed to have sex with a 13 yr. old !!!!! They need to make her finish out her sentence and register as a Sex Offender when she gets out !!!!!! Picturing myself in the place of the 13 yr old, I don't think I would feel exploited. My biggest fear would be that I would never do better. ;)

I'm sure the boy was excited this pretty, older woman was attracted to him....the point is that no one expects the boy to know better, but at 28, she should have known right from wrong and drew the line. What the hell is sexy about a 13 year old kid? They shouldn't have let the sleazy bitch out of jail so soon into her sentence, anyway. Stupidity apparantly makes frequent stops at the prosecutors offices.

I'm not saying it is OK, the kid is too young to make that choice. I don't think the kid's whole life would be screwed up like it would be if he was molested by a man.
