View Full Version : help? looking for 80's country song that mentions Spider-man

OK, need some help here...

back in the early 80's ('82 to '84) I used to hear this song on country radio fairly frequently and it was about a guy who we would today call a "stalker."

Lyrically it was basically... wherever you go, wherever you look, I'll be there. You open up a book and I'll be there, turn on your TV and I'll be there, look out your window I'll be hanging outside your window...

This is basically the gist of it, and the song specifically mentions he'll be hanging around like Spider-man from the comic book.

I have not heard this song since the early 80's and I have no idea about its title or who sings it. Can anyone help?

The only country one I see on that site (interesting site BTW :) ) that is country, is Steve Wariner's "Lynda". I like that song a lot.
