As a subscriber to the wonderful Encore networks I get all the different movie channels like action, and westerns and sci fi.

This weekend (Saturday to be exact) I was surfing the channels and noticed a movie I had semi-forgotten called Millenium from 1989 with Kris Kristofferson. I hadn't watched this film since I was at least 10 years old (which was about 16 years ago), so I decided I would sit through it and see if it held up.

Now of course the special effects in this film are severely lacking so I can say that I was definitely underwhelmed on that note. Yet as I started watching I noticed several plot elements I had either overlooked when I was younger or just did not understand, as well I had never noticed the circular storyline before.

So I for one say that this film is deserving of a remake as today's speical effects would only heighten the film.
