I've been listening to old Netwerk tapes from the radio lately. (if your from Houston you'll know these clubs.. Netwerk Galleria and Netwerk South) This is late 80s house, about mid to late 89. The song goes "I got, I got, I got your pleasure. I got, I got, I got your pleasure. (audio sample: Esta Loca!) I got, I got, I got your pleasure."
There are more from Netwerk but can't think of them right now.
Heres another. First heard this one in 1988 during the Ocean Club broadcast. It has a sampling of the old song Downtown. DJ scratching on the first word. "Just.. Just.. Just listen to the rhythm of the gentle bossa nova....."
I'm supposed to be working. More later...

The first one is by Cappella and song is House Energy Revenge and the second one could be "Downtown by The Jams".

No that wasn't it. Just tried to get it on Limewire. Not the same song. The one I was listening to I heard early in 88. Thanks for the info though. It might be The Jams Downtown but I couldn't find it.

I have that Petula Clark 12 inch and seems like it fits your description. Maybe you are pulling up a different version or something???

go to amazon.com and do a search for "KLF" . its called History of the Jams and it has a sample of the song there.

Thanks. That was it, but not the version I've been looking for. The one I'm wanting might just be the dub version. It starts with the bassline then the percussion kicks in.

I'll listen to it again as I have 2 versions and see which one you are talking about.
