Well you ask Where are they now. Actually, they have never gone away. They have continued to write and record, never giving up. Their latest is Under The Influence. It's a cover CD of old school rock. Cover of Hair of the Dog, Toys in the Attic, Surrender, Down Payment Blues, etc. But there are also 2 new originals that rock. If you haven't seen them lately, make sure you check out the Glam Slam Summer Jam tour, the guys absolutely kicked a$%. If you want to purchase a copy of the cd, I got mine on their website.

I got the opportunity to meet Jani, Billy, and Jerry at the last show and they were terrific. Hopefully there are more Warrant fans around here!!

I love Warrent!! I met all of them when I went to Kent State, b/f they were big. They played, (and partied), up at McNasty's Bar. Sooo fun!!

We also went backstage for their concert here in Cleveland in 1990. We partied, and had a great time!! They are really down to earth guys, who are great on top of it!!

I read a review about Warrant on the Glam Slam tour. Jani is kinda fallin' apart but they really commended him on his vocals. I wish I could have gone. They were so close - I just didn't have the time. <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

We opened the show for Warrant last April. Jani definitely is hurting in the looks department. He sang great, but he drank way too much onstage, and was literally drooling all over his bloated chest, all the while making lewd gestures at the women in the audience. Apparently, he thought that he still could charm them the way he did when he was thin and good looking! Surprise!!!

The band was really tight though, and Jani's vocals were dead on. They were alot heavier than they were in their heyday. Still a great band...

Jani has actually lost a lot of weight. I saw them at a club here in Baltimore back in April of 2000 and just recently I got the chance to meet Jani, Billy, and Jerry at the Glam Slam in Hershey PA back in June. They put on a great show, Jani was right on target with his vocals and Billy is a great new addition to the band. (He is from Ohio and has a band called Kidd Wicked) I'm going again Aug 31st in Salisbury, MD, I can't wait!!! <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

I saw Warrant last year in November and this year(w/Poison)in July and I thought they kicked a$$ both times!!!Jani looked pretty good to me as far as weight goes.He didn't look fat at all,although I did see some pics of him on the chunky side.

I've seen Warrant 3 times total. The first time was on their DRFSR tour when (Believe it or not) Alice in Chains and Danger Danger opened for them.
The second time was with Slaughter and Winger. (I think they took Poison's place on the last leg of that tour.)
The last time I saw them was at a small venue called the Ballard Firehouse a couple of years ago. Their Vocals have always been good live.
I've seen some recent pix of Jani and he definitely is not in his prime anymore.
