I'm gonna take the risk of everyone making fun of me and say my most emberassing CD is Kriss Kross- Totally Krossed Out. Even some of my friends who like rap find THAT in my collection and point at me and laugh! Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch wins honorable mention as the other CD I try to hide...

What can I say? My tastes in music at grade...err...I mean AGE 12 sucked!:rollin:

It's a toss-up between Michael Bolton's greatest hits (I have NO idea how I got that one, probably though one of those CD clubs.) and the second cheesiest one would be the soundtrack from the Disney cartoon "Anastasia". I got it because I liked the song "At the Beginning" a duet sung by Richard Marx and Donna Lewis. I still listen to the cd every now and then.

Debbie Gibson vs The Pointer Sisters? Debbie wins that cheese shootout hands down...she's not in the same league as The Pointer Sisters ;)

I think the Falco's 1986 album 'Falco 3' album is very cheesy in parts. But for me, that's part of it's appeal :thumb:

Bay City Rollers, Shawn Cassidy and Andy Gibb, yes!

'S-A-T-U-R, D-A-Y, Night!' ...
I use to listen to that all the time in the 70's. I was definitely 10 or under.
and I had Shawn Cassidy's album on vinyl. I remember he was wearing a tennis outfit or something on the cover.
and Andy GIbb, he was the only cool part of the BeeGees.

for a cheesy cd I have now, well there's no Debbie G. or anything of the 80's I don't like, but I'd have to say it's Britney Spears first cd she did. ok, I had hope for her.

That soundtrack ROCKS......"Heft" is probably the best. If you don't want that cheesy thing anymore, you know who does. :thumb: To be honest, I don't know why you would even want to keep it.......:bouncy:

Oh, I have PLENTY! The first one that comes to mind is Skee-lo "I Wish". I used to love that song and found the CD used for like $2 so I bought it. I don't think I've ever listened to the whole thing but can't get rid of it.

I have Jill Sobule's debut CD, too. No idea WHY but it's not something I'm proud of! lol

Damn, now I can't remember the rest but I have plenty of embarrassing tunes on my iPod!

I own alot of 70s cheese such as: Pure Prairie League, Little River Band, Seals & Crofts, Bread, Poco, Christopher Cross...... and the list goes on. :D

I'm a big fan of cheesy, sappy "comfort" songs from the 70's :p

I agree with you PG, The Carpenters are maybe a little cheesy, but then so much of the 70's was. They are a unique duo, and I think they've long since earned the respect of the music industry.

Christopher Cross is great too, just loved that 1980 album that contained the tracks 'Sailing' and 'Ride Like The Wind'.

70's comfort music rulez! :thumb:

Probably Los Del Rio - Macarena (I never listen to it, I swear!) :rollin: Also, a friend made me a copy of the Rob and Fab album. They really sang (and sounded like Arnold Schwarzeneggar when they rapped). They performed the song "We Can Get It On" on Arsenio Hall back in the day and it's actually good New Jack Swing, imo. But except for one other song, which I can't even remember the name of, that album is simply crap. Oh well, at least I didn't pay for this one. Strangely, Chuck Eddy gave this album a good review in Rolling Stone.
