Yeah, I always liked them, but not for Belladonna. I always liked them for Benante's drumming style, (He played double bass like he had 2 sets of legs and was second only to Slayer's Dave Lombardo.) And Scott Ian's rhythm playing. But I always thought Joey Belladonna should have been in say, Bon Jovi. I mean, he had a good voice, but not a good metal voice. I liked them better when John Bush came and sang for them. His voice had more balls to it.

Benante actually surpasses Dave in this area; listen to Bigger Than The Devil, the song "Charlie Don't Cheat" and yes, they played it live - FN nutz!. That and when they play Reign In Blood its twice as fast as Slayer.

The fastest I've heard dave play I think is on the last Testament album he did with them, on DNR, but I could be wrong.
