You send yourself and e-mail containing your mp3 file, and then when it's already sent, "yousentit" tells you that is already sent to that e-mail address, you can see the link or adress and then you copy-paste in the web page you want to post it, or you can insert a Hiperlink. The file at "you sentd it" expires after a few downloads, or after some time.
