that's how the song goes. the man who is singing it appears to be african. the song is also on GTA3(Grand theft Auto 3) the game.

it's on grand theft auto 3. the song goes " you are no goood you are no goood you are no goood hai hai" its has a slow rythm to it. please anyone help me!
