I haven't seen many people mention Eurythmics, other than in the Diva topic....Annie Lennox kicked butt.
My favorites were Love is a Stranger, Here comes the Rain Again, Sweet Dreams, Would I Lie to you, Who's that girl........I could go on. Anyone else really like these guys?

How about Tina Turner? I have so much respect for this woman. She is playing Vancouver May 13th, with Lionel Richie. Sadly I will have to miss it Favorites by her are Simply the Best, Nutbush City Limits,What's Love Got to do with it........again I could go on

One last band.....does anyone remember "The Outfield"? " Your Love" was my all time favorite tune by them, summer of 85 we used to take road trips and just crank their album "Play Deep".

I wore out a my play deep cassette. The Outfield is definitely one of the best things to have for a road trip "you got me all screwed up..." Then I got the cd but my darling daughter got a hold of it and there was a big gouge - luckily I found the entire album again on napster Its my must have music no matter what the format
