Sal Collaziano 11-22-99, 01:15 AM Alright. Here is a forum for links to other 80's websites. I will be adding the URL's from this section to a new links section on the front page. As I read your messages and make sure the web address is correct, I will post the URL on the website and delete it from this area. Leave the complete URL and a specific name that you would like to use for the site. Note: Websites that are linked back to 80'sXChange will appear in bold type and be placed before websites that are not...
Blaziegirl 11-22-99, 01:36 AM ~~~80's ROCK STARS~~~ <A HREF=http://hometown.aol.com/blaziegrl/myhomepage/index.html >http://hometown.aol.com/blaziegrl/myhomepage/index.html </A>
Blaziegirl 11-22-99, 01:40 AM ~~~80's ROCK STARS~~~ I'm still working on my page, so there's not alot to it right now.
Sal Collaziano 11-22-99, 02:38 AM Oh, man! I'm pissed! hehe That blonde guy has my exact hair before I cut it. It was basically to the skin on the sides a couple of months ago and very short on top. Terrible. I'm going to grow it back. Grr! I'll add that link now.. :) Thanks...
ZEL'S 80S LYRICS <A HREF=http://www.angelfire.com/me2/zelsparkbench/index.html >http://www.angelfire.com/me2/zelsparkbench/index.html </A> Thanks : )
Blaziegirl 11-22-99, 02:49 AM Duh quick that blonde whats his name?!? :P lol!
Sal Collaziano 11-22-99, 02:55 AM Ya know.. I am a real shame. I don't even know which band that is.. I only got into GlamRock about three years ago. Before that, I was jealous of them! I was soughta pissed that I wasn't Bon Jovi. :)
Blaziegirl 11-22-99, 03:14 AM Didn't mean to make ya feel bad, Band name "Cinderella" Members from left to right are: Jeff LaBar (Lead guitar), Eric Brittingham (bass), Fred Coury (Drums), Tom Keifer (Lead Vocals,Guitar,Piano). The last time I saw them I got some good pictures, whenever I learn how to do thumbnails I'm going to put them on my webpage. :o)
Sal Collaziano 11-22-99, 03:24 AM I just use Microsoft FrontPage to make the thumbnails. It's a great program to assist you in making a website.. Ahh, I can't believe I didn't realize that was Cinderella! I will have to go take another look and slap myself in the head. hehe
Blaziegirl 11-22-99, 03:56 AM Don't hit yourself to hard!!! :P <img src=http://www.animfactory.com/animgifs/misc/nature2/redroseCLR.gif>
Skyklad 11-22-99, 07:39 AM I suppose my web page may not count for strictly eighties since it covers all time spans for heavy metal...but here's the URL anyhow: www.metalgospel.com..it's entitled The Metal Gospel..because METAL SHOULD BE SPREAD so that all can witness the power and emotion behind the most unique and incredible music ever!!
Sal Collaziano 11-22-99, 08:17 AM Okay, maybe I'll add another section for that, within the same links page...
Skyklad 11-22-99, 08:35 AM Thanks..I would, however, like to note that the majority of bands are from the eighties and early nineties..LOL :)
Sal Collaziano 11-22-99, 08:41 AM Yes. When I looked at your site it did seem that way. Very nice, by the way! :)
Mirdonamy 11-23-99, 06:19 AM Sal, you didn't know it was Cinderella? Shame on you. hee hee hee. I love them. Anyhow, that page looks great. I love the wallpaper in the wishlist area. Did you use Adobe and Kai's powertools to make that? Or how did you make that? Anyhow, I suggest you try Dream Weaver. You will never look at Front Page again :)
Mirdonamy 11-23-99, 06:21 AM Blaziegrl, I was asking you about the web site, not sal (sorry sal). Just didn't want to sound like an idiot for talking to both of you and not specifying...but now I am the idiot for specifying :) eeeeek
Sal Collaziano 11-23-99, 07:18 AM Hahaha. hehe Ahh, let's see. Yes, DreamWeaver is a very good program. I don't use it, but I do like it alot. FrontPage2000 is good though too. They both have features that the other doesn't. So if I ever need to make a really complex page, I would use both of them...
Blaziegirl 11-23-99, 08:40 AM Mirdonamy, Actually the wish list background is from a Website with loads of free backgrounds, My daughter found it. If you want I'll ask her later and let you know where it's at. I use Aol Press and it's pretty limited. I've been looking for something better that's easy to understand because I don't know a lot about HTML. Is Dream Weaver easy to use?
Sal Collaziano 11-23-99, 09:17 AM DreamWeaver is easy to use and is probably slightly better than FrontPage if you don't have HTML experience. If you took out a book on DreamWeaver you could make professional pages in a very short time.
Blaziegirl 11-23-99, 07:12 PM Mirdonamy, here's that site with tons of backgrounds. <A HREF=http://grsites.com/textures/ >http://grsites.com/textures/ </A>
Mirdonamy 11-24-99, 06:43 PM Thanks Blazie :)

Otherwise, I will keep trying, and worst case scenario, you'll be there tomorrow morning. :) Thanks again for stopping by and I hope to see you here often! :)
