My boyfriend bought me Joe Cocker's new album "Heart and soul" it's an album filled with covers... My all time favorites are the ones he redid from the 80's like "Everybody hurts" by R.E.M. and "One" by U2. I went on www.cocker.com and it looks like he's notorious for covers... These covers are done well, i guess thats why he's nototious for covers. :hat

I havn't heard of that particular album, but Joe Cocker has done a number of covers, such as, The old Beatles song "She came in through the bathroom windo", The Letter, whitch was originally done by a group in the 60s called The Box Tops and an old old song called "Cry me a river", of whitch I have no information. It doesn't surprise me, however that he put that album out.
