The band is Haircut 100..the song is called "Love Plus 1". You can probably find it on any 80's compilation cd..check CDNow!

No problem. I spent years looking for that song and I found it on a Rock of the 80's cd..or something like that. (It had Kajagoogoo on it) It was on like vol. 1 or 2. Of course, now there's way more volumes of that collection. I love that song...

I have that song on a compilation called "Living in Oblivion - The 80's Greatest Hits Vol. 2". Track 5: Love Plus One - Haircut One Hundred. Kajagoogoo was on Volume 1 of that series (I got all 5 for $20 off BMG).

You must remember another big hit for that "New Romantic" band, which called "Boy meets girl (favorite shirts)". the singer was Nik Hayward and after the band split at '83 he started a solo career, which ended pretty fast :-(

One of the guys went on to be in General Public who had thier own 1 hit (at least in the 80s) with TENDERNESS.
Wait, maybe that isnt right, either way, both of them sounded alike.
