I watched The Spy That Shagged Me yesterday afternoon. It ended with a pretty dopey statement by the main character. He brought this girl back (to the 90's) with him from the 60's and said she hadn't missed anything in the 70's or 80's. What an understatement! heh

I know!!!! We rented it on the weekend and the only part I found funny (not annoying) was the tent scene but the first one was much funnier. Actually all the cut scenes were way funnier than most of the movie. Adam Sandler has my heart since he did The Wedding Singer : )

Yes, the first one WAS better. There were a few funny parts. Like the one you mentioned and the part where he has to say "baby" twice. hehe There are a few funny scenes... I've never seen The Wedding Singer, however...

I can't believe you haven't seen the wedding singer. it is the perfect 80s revival film. rent it soon and enjoy. You will laugh until it hurts.

Well! First things first! hehe It's not too corny or anything? I don't have a very big movie collection. Only three movies so far. :| And, ahh. Only one is from the 80's...

Some of the parts are a bit cheesy but in the perfect 80s way. Adam Sandler is amazing. The clothes, the hair, the music, the products, the cameos. I own the movie and its one of my all time favorites. My husband is a cheesy movie hater and he loves this movie too so you can gauge your decision perhaps a little from that : )

Yeah, that movie is on my must own list. My sister has it, so I don't own it myself...but I live with her, so that counts, right?! They really went all out 80s style in this movie...really good job of it!
