Hi there, everyone. I seem to have regained access to 80'sXChange at work. Well, I'm still going to take it easy just to be safe. I hear 'they' are tracking how many times websites are HIT. So I will just lay low and make it on when I get home. Otherwise. I found something really interesting and I wanted to get some input from everybody on it. Especially since some of us have websites and would like our very own space on the internet... There is this company that hosts websites for $36.00 per month. Yes, kind of expensive.. But, the interesting part is (and why I signed up) that there is a really great reseller program. Let me explain. First of all, each person who signs up for webspace (under you) pays the same $36.00 per month. BUT. YOU get $9.00 (25% of the monthly fee) of that, each month. That one signup decreases your monthly payment to $27.00 Now, I believe if you just signup as a reseller, you could sign up your own website and collect $9.00 from that to begin with. (I just found out about this so there is still more looking into to do) So, at this point, you're basically down to $18.00 per month hosting for your website. This sounds good, right? Let me know what yous think.. Since I know alot of people who need web hosting (and I've created their webs) I will probably shift them to this new program. Basically, I will have about 20 websites hosted under this new company (which offers 24 hour technical support. Very nice!) so right away I'm going to be profitting about $180.00 per month... I would imagine, that in time, others will look to me for web hosting and I would sign them up for this same program. The possibilities seem endless to me. I didn't even mention that I will tell these people who sign up under me, to sign up as a reseller and do the same. There is basically no work required. Just when you hear of somebody looking for webspace, you give them the URL I'm about to give you (but your own). Then THEY will benefit from the program as well. I'm not sure of the incentives of getting people who sign up, to get sign ups.. I mean, if someone that I sign up, signs up as a reseller - I don't know what I get out of them getting new people. (But I don't really care either...) The URL for this stuff is below. Check it out and read the information. Maybe you will catch something that I missed. Otherwise, it seems to have alot of potential considering how many people are getting on the internet. :) :) <A HREF=http://www.virtualis.com/vr/scollazi/index.html >http://www.virtualis.com/vr/scollazi/index.html </A>

Okay, I'm home.. I did some more reading up on this and it's really a pretty good deal.. As long as you are a reseller (why would you not just choose this option? hehe) you only pay $27.00 per month for the web hosting. This gives you 30 megs on a real server, which, you can host a www.what-ever-you-wanna-call-it.com address. So, all you need to do it get one sign-up and you're only paying $18.00 per month for your website. Pretty damn good! Imagine you get two people! Imagine three! hehe Then you're site is free... So definatly check this out if you're looking for webspace. It's the best program out there. AND you can make money on it. <A HREF=http://www.virtualis.com/vr/scollazi/index.html>http://www.virtualis.com/vr/scollazi/index.html</A>

Oh, and I forgot. Everyone who signs up under you gets these same benefits. Plus, you get 10% of their commissions. So while they get $9.00 per month for everyone they sign up, you get .90 cents for each month as well... <A HREF=http://www.virtualis.com/vr/scollazi/index.html>http://www.virtualis.com/vr/scollazi/index.html</A>

It does sound strange. I hope it works! My page is on hostsave.com and I pay $6.95 per month for it...30megs. I would be afraid that I couldn't get three people to sign up under me...so I would lose out. But, that just goes to show my lack of confidence. Eeek. I wish you luck. Let me know how this works out for you.

It's definatly legit and a great idea. If you think about it, they are making 75% on the deal. You are making 25%. So it all works out nicely. There are no gimmicks. It's just business. They are paying you to advertise for them, basically. It's an incentive program. You pay $27.00 per month for your webspace. When you sign somebody up beneath you, you get $9.00 per month which brings you down to $18.00 - and so on... It's perfect for somebody who knows alot of people on the web who are looking for web space. Other than that, if you don't know anybody, it's not such a great deal...

Your right Sal it is good for people who know other people looking for space but the problem is those at the bottom are going to have a harder time finding people. The first guy who thought of this must be rolling in the dough now though : )

Oh, that's definatly true.. But lets just say this company sticks around for 20 years.. Okay? Just imagine for a second that during these 20 years I manage to, in my spare time, sign up 20 people per year. That would be 400 people which would be an income of atleast $43200.00 per year in commisions. This isn't even including the 10% I get for each person THEY sign up... Now, if during the next 20 years I manage to get nobody... No skin off my ass! :) :)
