Ok, I found out a couple interesting little tidbits recently...see if anyone knows...

1. Who holds the longest undefeated streak in recent history?

2. Who was Hulk Hogan's original WWF theme music originally made for?

Well the second piece of information came up in a later thread about the theme belonging to Rotunda and Windham. As for the first question, the longest reign I've ever heard of was Bruno Sammaritino who held the WWF world title for about 7 or 8 years.

Here's one for you. When Hogan first returned to the WWF, he used "Eye of the tiger" as his entrance music and who could forget JYD coming to the ring to "Another one bites the dust" :)

Didn't Goldberg win over 100 matches (including beating Hogan for the world title)? Depending on how recent you mean, I think that is the record.

By recent, I meant from the 80's to the present. Goldberg's win streak was only 9 months, but the record is actually held by Tatanka going 2 years without a defeat believe it or not :eek:

When he came along and had that long undefeated run, I longed for a return to the days when Mr Perfect had his perfect record!

Mr Perfect still has a perfect record. He has only lost in exibition matches :lol:
