I rented the movie Gladiator last night. One of the previews was for Mummy 2 (I had already decided that I am going to go see it). Guess who is one of the main characters is. The Rock doesn't even speak in this movie...he's just in a short battle scene.

I've seen one preview of him in The Mummy 2 somewhere ages ago. Been waiting for it! I too love anything to do with Mythology, whether it be Greek, Egyptian, Celtic, Indian, or what. nor do I care about the accuracy as long as it is not too far from the original myth. Hercules, love the show, better than Xena!
Actually, they're showing the original Mummy on satellite tv here in March as well as some similar movies from way back.
