Since everyone helped me solve my "Yes" video mystery and got that nagging question out of my head, I thought I'd try my luck with a few more!

I seem to remember a video where some guy was saying somebody or something was "stupid stupid stupid". Today, by chance I saw an ad for a Graham Parker cd, and something seemed to click. A quick search turned up the song "Stupefaction", which has in the lyrics the words "stupid stupid stupid" repeated several times. I think this may be the video I was thinking of, but I'm not sure there even WAS a video for that song. Does anyone remember a video for "Stupefaction" by Graham Parker?

Secondly, I have vague memories of a video with Joe Jackson in a crummy little apartment wearing a dirty tanktop and generally being a slob. Does this ring any bells? There's also a chance this was actually the "stupid stupid stupid" video I'm thinking of again.

Lastly, I remember three videos by the Romantics. One, of course, was the band and the frantic drummer singing "What I Like About You" on a stage, another was the group (with even bigger hair, IIRC, and slightly better production values) doing "Talking in Your Sleep", but I can't remember the other song. I believe it was shot at the same time as the first video, as they were on the same stage set and dressed almost exactly the same, except that it wasn't the drummer singing this song. Any idea what that was?

There is a third video by the Romantics. The song is When I look in your eyes but I don't remember what the video was like. I am trying to download it. As soon as I know how the video goes I will post it.

"When I look in your eyes" was off the same album as "What I like About You", so that's probably the one.

I listened to a sample on Amazon, and while I can't swear that's it, it certainly sounds familiar.

If you see the video and they're in those same outfits on the same stage as the WILAY video, then almost has to be it!

I downloaded a part of the When I look in your eyes and one of the guitar players is singing this song. The band is just performing, all dressed in black leather clothes. so I think this is the song you mean.
