What is your favourite song by Bob Geldof and the Boomtown Rats?

I Don't Like Mondays--the only Boomtown Rats song I've heard.

I Don't Like Mondays was a VERY big hit here in Canada in 1980, but for some reason I enjoy Never in A Million Years the most of any thing Geldof did.

It's a very heavy, and catchy ballad. I love the part where he goes acapella for a second and hits that real high note :thumb:

That could well be the one as it never even made the top 75 UK album charts, it was only recently that I found out there was another release after the 1982 album 'V Deep' :no:

Banana Republic is my fav Rats song in the 80's. But overall I liked Rat Trap much better (1978 I think it was)

"Up All Night" and the whole Mondo Bongo album are my favorite Boomtown Rats stuff :D
