A girl or boy who has cancer or something and looses all their hair. Has to wear a wig and gets made fun of at school. A man approaches the child with a recipe to make a magic solution for their hair to grow back. It is made from Peanut butter and some other stuff. This childs hair grows and grows and their hair is used by the Man to make "magic" paint brushes. There are several children in the end that the Man keeps in a "factory" or something using their hair to make these brushes. Thats about all I remember. Sounds like a strange movie but I have this strong memory of watching it on television I don't know if it was a disney movie or what....I think the words peanut butter was in the title of the movie perhaps.

I remember this movie. It was called The Peanut Butter Solution, from 1985. One of those goofy, cheesy 80s movies you liked as a kid, for some reason...
