Mmmm, a toughie. As far as Bazza Numan is concerned, I like lots but my favourite has to be Cars.

Just behind, and in no particular order are 'We Take Mystery', 'We Are Glass','Change Your Mind', 'On Broadway' and 'Remind Me To Smile'.

Cars, but my favourite is 'Are Friends Electric?' when he was Tubeway Army.
The song blew my socks away and made me smash all my Elvis records up!

I went with Change Your Mind by Sharpe & Numan. A simply wonderful song :thumb:

'Are Friends Electric' was wicked. I loved the way it got used in that Sugababes song 'Freak Like Me'

I've never heard any of those five other Gary Numan songs.

If we are going to allow in Sharpe & Numans, than I would chose "No More Lies" . Cars would be my fave Gary Numan song.

I plumped with Change Your Mind, but my vote could have gone to We Are Glass, Cars (which has been a hit 5 times) or She's Got Claws.

Robert Palmer does a great version of "I Dream of Wires" on a compilation album I've got of Robert - and Gary Numan actually plays on the track. They met up when Robert had this tape of Gary's "Cars" and "Wires" and actually asked Gary to play on his version, which he agreed to at once.

Gary Numan, who went through so much ridicule to bring the world his vision, and unique style of music. I voted for "Cars", although, I really like "Are Friends Electric?", "America" and "Down In The Park". The man has earnt respect from some of todays artists, and rightly so.
